Job Description :


You will play a key role in designing, implementing, and supporting our SAP Central Finance (CFIN) and S/4HANA environments.

You will leverage your expertise in financial accounting, controlling, and CFIN to ensure accurate and efficient financial reporting across the organization.

Responsibilities :

- Lead the design, configuration, and implementation of SAP CFIN for a global, manufacturing company. (Leverage experience from at least 2 prior CFIN implementations)

- Define and maintain global templates and playbooks for various finance scenarios, ensuring consistency and efficiency across the organization.

- Conduct business process analysis and redesign for finance functions.

- Utilize strong business acumen to map processes, identify opportunities for improvement, and implement streamlined solutions.

- Deliver training and support to end-users on CFIN and S/4HANA functionalities.

- Maintain a deep understanding of corporate finance processes supported by CFIN, including central payments, open item management, credit management, and shared services.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (IT, business users) to ensure seamless integration of CFIN with other SAP modules.

- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and innovations in SAP CFIN and S/4HANA.

Qualifications :

- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.

- Minimum of 5+ years of experience in financial accounting and controlling, with a strong focus on SAP.

- At least 2 years of experience in implementing and supporting SAP CFIN solutions.

- Proven experience in defining and maintaining global templates and playbooks for finance processes.

- Strong business analysis skills, with experience in process mapping, redesign, and implementation.

- Expertise in configuring and implementing SAP FI, CO, and CFIN modules.

- Demonstrated understanding of corporate finance processes, including central payments, open item management, credit management, and shared services.

- Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.

- Conceptual thinking ability to develop effective solutions that meet both business and technical needs.

Preferred Skills :

- Experience with SAP S/4HANA Finance.

- Experience leading a Finance workstream for a large-scale SAP implementation.

- Experience working in a global manufacturing environment.

- Proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools.
