About the job : We are seeking a visionary .NET AI Lead/Architect to design and deliver AI-powered enterprise solutions on the .NET ecosystem. This role requires a blend of deep .NET architectural expertise and hands-on AI/ML integration skills, along with leadership to guide teams and stakeholders.Key Responsibilities : - Architect & Design end-to-end .NET solutions with integrated AI/ML components (predictive analytics, NLP, computer vision, recommendation engines, etc.).- Collaborate with data scientists/ML engineers to deploy models (TensorFlow, PyTorch, ONNX, ML.NET) into scalable .NET applications.- Define AI integration strategies : model serving, inferencing pipelines, continuous learning mechanisms.- Lead microservices-based architectures using .NET Core, C#, Azure/AWS cloud services.- Ensure solutions meet enterprise-grade scalability, performance, and security standards.- Stay ahead of trends in .NET and AI to bring innovation into enterprise systems.- Mentor and guide development teams in AI integration and modern .NET architectural practices.- Partner with business stakeholders to translate requirements into intelligent, automated solutions.Required Skills & Qualifications : - Bachelors/Masters degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.- 10+ years in software architecture and development with .NET/.NET Core (C#).- 3+ years integrating AI/ML solutions into enterprise applications.- Strong knowledge of ML lifecycle, deployment, and inferencing (REST APIs, ONNX Runtime, Azure ML, ML.NET).- Hands-on with front-end frameworks (Angular) and cloud platforms (Azure preferred; AWS/GCP acceptable).- Expertise in containerization & orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes).- DevOps/CI-CD exposure for AI/ML model deployment pipelines.- Familiarity with AI/ML frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn).- Strong understanding of architecture patterns : microservices, event-driven, domain-driven design (DDD).- Excellent communication, leadership, and presentation skills.
