Offer Technical Leader

Offer Technical Lead position required min 15 years of experience in Power Quality R&D which includes- LV Capacitors, Detuned Reactors, Power Factor Controller, LV PFC Solutions/panels, Active filter and LV switcgears and controlgears. Offer Technical Leader contributes to technical excellence. Influences the technical direction across a R&D center in anticipation or offer creation or influences bricks, platforms or methods. Has an impact on business, offers and technologies. Is a renowned professional within a Line of Business. Leads the Engineering project teams and the different technologies for the development of new Offers or the evolution of existing Offers. As part of a new product project and/or product design evolution, takes responsibility for management of a Multi Technologies dedicated technical team and technology. Experience in Product design of LV PFC panels and LV Panels, Product life cycle management and Project life cycle management Experience in Product verification and Product certification like ASTA, UL, BIS, AND and other global agencies Good knowledge and understanding of local and international standards of Power Quality products and LV switcgears and control gears products Produces the technical specifications, guarantees performance and robustness, accountable for engineering quality and contributes to cost targets, prepares manufacturing with Industrialization / manufacturing implementation teams. Context: small PMP or large PEP with limited level of complexity and risks, adaptation of existing architecture, within existing market and technologies frame, local setup for development and/or manufacturing. Manages a small to medium design budget, Assumes responsibility for management of the team, in terms of workload,expenses and planning, in collaboration with resource managers. IN AGILE CONTEXT: Offer Technical Lead Influences the technical direction across the HUB in anticipation / offer creation / bricks, platforms or Tools & Methods, Leads the Design Team according to Robust Design Reliability and Simulation. Supports the SQUAD Design Team for efforts sizing to achieve Sprints and deliveries to business. As part of a SQUAD, takes responsibility for Leading a Single Technology dedicated technical team & be the SPOC of offer technical subject outside the SQUAD. Be responsible for all technical subjects all along the offer (product) life cycle: Support PO to Collect Customer Feedback (including Demos) Lead Technical Specification and contribute to all System Engineering activities. Study the technical feasibility and define the sizing of the technical efforts (including the technical "stories" & debts) to achieve sprints and deliverables to business Define product design choices and manage definition file drive Technical Risk Lead technical activities according shared team backlog prioritization from the PO Ensure a Robustness & Reliable Design Support Design For Test/Manufacturing/Assembly Approach; Cybersecurity, IP, Eco Design Design part of the offer Verify the Product (simulations / Prototypes all along Product life cycle) according to the maturity level Commit to get the product technical Validation according to customer requirements Support manufacturing & Industrialization (Design For Test/Manufacturing/Assembly; technical antenna included) Support Customer Case & technical expertise, root cause analysis in collaboration with the associated chapter Qualifications BE/ME- Electerical/Electronics Engineering 15- 20 years of exoerience in Power Quality R&D which includes- LV Capacitors, Detuned Reactors, Power Factor Controller, LV PFC Solutions/panels, Active filter and LV switch gears and control gears.
