Job Summary We are seeking experienced professionals to supportB2x infrastructure and production environmentsbuilt onIBM WebSphere Application Server (Traditional ND & Liberty)andIBM Business Automation Workflow (BAW) , along with other middleware platforms. The role involvesL2/L3 production support , incident and problem management, change implementation, and close collaboration with planning and development teams to ensure stable and compliant operations. Primary Skill Focus / Keywords IT Middleware Platforms Support B2x Infrastructure Platforms IBM WebSphere Application Server (Traditional ND & Liberty) IBM Business Automation Workflow (BAW) Key Responsibilities Provide24x7 operational supportfor middleware and infrastructure platforms Handleincident, problem, and change managementusingSC3 or successor tools Performsystem maintenanceactivities including installation, upgrades, patching, and performance tuning Participate inplanning, development, and readinessactivities Create and maintaintechnical documentation and operational manualsin line with SLA requirements Deliveron-call supportduring non-working hours, weekends, and public holidays Coordinate withinternal teams and external vendorsduring critical incidents Ensure adherence toŠkoda Auto IT standards , security policies, and escalation procedures Required Technical Skills & Experience Minimum 5 yearsof experience inenterprise IT environments Stronghands-on experiencewith: IBM WebSphere Application Server – Traditional (ND) & Liberty IBM Business Automation Workflow (BAW) Apache TomcatandApache HTTP Server Liferay DXP Azure DevOps pipelines Oracle REST Data Servicesand database client tools 389 Directory Server Operating Systems & Technical Knowledge Solid understanding of: Windows ,RedHat Linux , andAIX TCP/IP networking ,SSL ,PKI , and certificate management Firewall and DMZ configurations Bash scripting ITIL-based service management processes Preferred Certifications IBM Certified System Administrator –WebSphere ND & Liberty IBM Certified Administrator –Cloud Pak for Business Automation Compliance knowledge/certifications:ISO 9001, ISO 27001, ISO 20000-1, TISAX Soft Skills & Language Requirements Strongcommunication, collaboration, and teamworkskills English proficiency (spoken and written)– minimumB2 level
