Position Overview

We are seeking a skilled Data Analyst with advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (Macros/VBA) and SQL, along with experience in remarketing and digital funnel analysis. The role focuses on optimizing digital campaigns, improving conversion rates, and delivering actionable insights to support customer acquisition and retention strategies.

Key Responsibilities

  • Analyze and optimize digital marketing funnels by identifying drop-offs, conversion bottlenecks, and user behavior trends
  • Use advanced Excel (Macros, VBA, PivotTables, Data Models) for data analysis and reporting
  • Develop and maintain SQL queries for data extraction, transformation, and analysis
  • Collaborate with marketing, product, CRM, and sales teams to define KPIs and measure campaign performance
  • Design and automate reports and dashboards for campaign effectiveness and funnel metrics
  • Support remarketing strategies by analyzing performance across Google Ads, Meta, and CRM tools
  • Provide insights to improve targeting, personalization, and re-engagement tactics
  • Enhance data workflows and reporting processes through automation

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Data Analytics, Marketing, Business Intelligence, Information Systems, or related field
  • 4+ years' experience as a Data Analyst with a focus on digital marketing analytics
  • Expert-level Excel skills including Macros and VBA
  • Strong SQL skills for managing complex datasets
  • Experience in remarketing performance analysis and funnel optimization
  • Ability to present data insights clearly to non-technical stakeholders
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and able to handle multiple priorities

Preferred

  • Familiarity with Google Analytics/GA4, Mixpanel, Looker, or Tableau
  • Experience with marketing automation and CRM platforms
  • Knowledge of customer lifecycle metrics and attribution models
  • Basic scripting knowledge in Python or R
