Data plays a critical role in enabling insights, real-time decision-making, and product innovation.Role Overview :We are looking for highly motivated Data Engineers with strong problem-solving skills and a keen interest in building data-driven systems. As part of our engineering team, you will design, build, and maintain data pipelines, transformations, and analytics solutions to support our growing SaaS product.This is an exciting opportunity for fresh graduates and early-career engineers (01 years of experience) to work with modern data technologies and learn how to transform raw data into actionable insights.What Youll Do :- Build and maintain data pipelines using Python and AWS Lambda.- Work with Snowflake to design and manage scalable data models.- Integrate data from multiple sources into structured, reliable datasets.- Develop dashboards and reports using AWS QuickSight for business and operational teams.- Collaborate with product, engineering, and analytics teams to support data needs.- Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code for data processing and ETL.Our Tech Stack :- Languages : Python- Cloud : AWS (Lambda, S3, Glue, etc.)- Data Warehouse : Snowflake- Visualization : AWS QuickSight- Collaboration & CI/CD : Git, JenkinsWhat Were Looking For (Mandatory Requirements) :- Strong foundation in Data Structures and Algorithms.- Proficiency in Python (for data pipelines, ETL, and scripting).- Solid understanding of databases and SQL.- Good analytical and problem-solving skills.- Ability to quickly learn new tools and technologies.Soft Skills :- Strong communication and collaboration skills.- Team player with a positive attitude.- Passion for building data-driven products and solving business problems.- Thrive in a fast-paced, startup-like environment.Bonus Points (Good to Have) :- Familiarity with Snowflake or other data warehouses.- Exposure to AWS services (S3, Lambda, Glue, etc.).- Experience with dashboards or BI tools (QuickSight, Power BI, Tableau, etc.).- Knowledge of ETL concepts and data modeling.Why Join Us?- Work on impactful data problems from day one.- Gain hands-on experience with modern cloud and data platforms.- Learn and grow under experienced data and backend engineers.- A collaborative culture with room to innovate.- Competitive compensation and career growth opportunities.
