You will work on bothmobile apps (Flutter)andwebsite (React/Next.js) , collaborating with UI/UX, backend, and AI teams to transform product ideas into intuitive, high-performing interfaces.This role is ideal for a developer who is highly creative, detail-oriented, and passionate about modern frontend technologies and mobile UI experiences.Key Responsibilities Develop responsive, high-quality UI forMobileandWeb Platform . Implement mobile features usingFlutter , including chat UI, property cards, search filters, dashboards, and AI assistant screens. Build scalable and clean web components usingReact.js / Next.js . Convert UI/UX designs from Figma into pixel-perfect, production-ready interfaces. Work closely with the design team to ensure consistency with our design system, branding, and interaction patterns. Integrate frontend features with backend APIs and AI services Implement robust state management for complex UI flows (Flutter Bloc/Provider, React Zustand/Redux). Optimize user experience for speed, responsiveness, and mobile performance. Handle real-time interactions like chat, voice-to-text, and LiveKit integrations. Ensure cross-browser compatibility and mobile responsiveness on all devices. Work within CI/CD workflows, GitHub repositories, and branching guidelines. Troubleshoot UI bugs, performance issues, and production defects. Collaborate with backend and cloud teams to ensure smooth API communication and deployment pipeline compatibility.Required Skills & ExperienceCore Technical Requirements (Must Have): 3–5 years of experience in mobile and/or web frontend development. Strong experience withFlutter(Dart) for mobile app development. Strong experience withReact.js or Next.jsfor web application development. Proficient in UI frameworks, responsive design, animations, and custom components. Experience integratingREST APIs, WebSockets , and real-time data. Good understanding of state management patterns. Strong knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, Tailwind/SCSS, and component-driven development. Experience working with Git/GitHub and CI/CD pipelines.Bonus Skills (Good to Have): Experience withFirebase + Flutter , LiveKit, or WebRTC features. Knowledge of micro-frontend concepts. Familiarity with AI/LLM-based workflows (chat UI, streaming responses). Experience building dashboards or analytics-heavy UIs. Exposure to mobile performance optimization and app store deployment. Understanding of backend basics (Node.js/Python). Knowledge of SEO best practices for Next.js.Soft Skills Strong design sense and attention to detail. Ability to work in a fast-paced startup environment with evolving priorities. Excellent communication and collaboration skills. Ownership-driven mindset with a passion for delivering high-quality frontend experiences.
