Key ResponsibilitiesPartner with the CEO toprioritize, plan, and execute strategic initiativesacross functions. Supportbusiness reviews, data-driven analysis, and strategic planningactivities. Oversee and trackcross-functional projects , ensuring timely completion and alignment with goals. Preparepresentations, reports, and executive summariesfor leadership and stakeholders. Identify and implementprocess improvementsto enhance team efficiency and performance. Facilitateeffective communicationacross departments and manage stakeholder coordination. Maintainconfidentiality and professionalismin handling sensitive business information.Required SkillsBachelor’s or MBA degreein Business, Management, Economics, or related field. 1–2 yearsof experience in business operations, consulting, or strategy. Stronganalytical, critical thinking, communication, and problem-solving abilities . Excellentorganizational and multitasking skillswith an execution-focused mindset.
