Educational Qualification: A bachelor's degree is mandatory. Role Overview: The primary responsibility of this role is to understand customer concerns and provide effective solutions. The candidate must execute transactions within specified timelines while adhering to predefined procedures, client policies, and industry standards to meet Service Level Agreement (SLA) targets. Skills & Competencies: Strong proficiency in written English . Ability to provide customer support through various channels, including live chat. A minimum typing speed of 70 words per minute in English with high accuracy (The client team will conduct screening for verification). Prior experience in eCommerce operations is preferred. Basic knowledge of operating systems and familiarity with eCommerce products and services. Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret and consolidate complex or ambiguous information into actionable insights. Proficiency in navigating common user interface elements. Excellent reading comprehension and problem-solving abilities.
