Senior SEO Strategist

Position Overview:

We are looking for an experienced and results-driven Senior SEO Strategist to lead and execute advanced SEO strategies that align with our business objectives. This role requires a blend of technical expertise, strategic planning, and analytical skills to improve organic visibility, drive qualified traffic especially from US and Middle East Countries, and increase conversions. The ideal candidate will be a thought leader in the SEO domain, with a track record of delivering measurable results in competitive industries.

Key Responsibilities:

SEO Strategy Development:

Develop and execute comprehensive SEO strategies that align with the company's marketing and business goals.

Identify and prioritize SEO opportunities across technical, content, and off-page channels.

Technical SEO Optimization:

Conduct technical audits to identify and fix issues affecting crawlability, indexability, and overall site performance.

Collaborate with web developer to implement technical SEO best practices, including site speed optimization, schema markup, and mobile-first indexing.

Content Strategy and Optimization:

Guide content teams on keyword research, content creation, and on-page optimization.

Develop content strategies targeting high-value keywords and addressing user intent.

Performance Analysis and Reporting:

Monitor, analyze, and report on key SEO metrics, including rankings, organic traffic, conversions, and ROI.

Use analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Search Console) to track campaign effectiveness and make data-driven decisions.

Link Building and Off-Page SEO:

Develop and execute ethical link-building strategies to enhance domain authority.

Monitor backlink profiles to ensure quality and compliance with search engine guidelines.

Collaboration and Leadership:

Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, content, development, and product teams, to align SEO initiatives with broader business goals.

Mentor junior SEO team members and foster a culture of continuous learning.

Staying Updated on Industry Trends:

Stay ahead of search engine algorithm updates, industry best practices, and emerging trends.

Test and evaluate new tools, techniques, and strategies to improve SEO performance.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, computer science, or a related field.

5+ years of experience in SEO, with a proven track record of success in driving organic growth.

In-depth knowledge of SEO tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, Screaming Frog, etc.

Strong understanding of technical SEO, keyword research, and on-page/off-page optimization.

Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Ability to manage multiple deadlines effectively.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience with enterprise-level SEO or B2B SaaS industries.
