In this role, you’ll work closely with product managers, engineers to translate complex ideas into beautiful and intuitive user interfaces.


Responsibilities:

  • Lead the UX design process from concept to delivery, ensuring a user-centered approach throughout.
  • Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs that effectively communicate design ideas and solutions using tools like Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD.
  • Work closely with product managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to understand requirements, create design solutions, and ensure feasibility.
  • Plan and conduct usability tests to gather feedback and iterate on designs to improve user experience.
  • Contribute to and maintain a design system that ensures consistency across all product touchpoints.
  • Use data and user feedback to make informed design decisions and continuously improve the product.
  • Stay updated with the latest design trends, tools, and technologies to ensure our products are at the forefront of innovation.
  • Advocate for best practices in UX design and contribute to a culture of continuous improvement.


Qualifications:


  • Experience: 1+ years of experience in product design, preferably within a SaaS environment.
  • A degree in Design, HCI (Human-Computer Interaction), or a related field is preferred but not required.
  • A strong portfolio showcasing your design process, problem-solving skills, and the ability to create user-centered designs.
  • Must have experience in UI/UX, Figma, Graphic Design & HTML/CSS.
  • Knowledge of the SaaS product lifecycle, including multi-tenant architecture, scalability, and subscription-based models.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to articulate design decisions and advocate for the user.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to balance user needs, business goals, and technical constraints.
  • A keen eye for detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality design work.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with changing priorities.
