Search Engine Optimization Manager

Job Description SEO ManagerWe are looking to recruit a SEO Manager - where the purpose of this role is to maintain the company's strong organic search presence globally and drive further growth and efficiencies from the channel. This role requires a strong understanding of international SEO to firstly identify growth opportunities and then prioritise initiatives according to effort and impact. You’ll use your influencing skills to progress ideas through to execution and thereafter gathering insights about performance and providing a constant feedback loop to share learnings, build momentum and replicate successes by rolling out improvements across Finvasia’s multiple products and platformsResponsibilities in the role: ● Developing and implementing effective search engine optimization (SEO) strategies for international SEO campaigns ● Showing a deep understanding of how search engines and web crawlers work. An ability to translate this into actionable SEO recommendations. ● Understanding HTTP status codes, redirects and site issues. ● Solving complex indexation and crawlability issues, giving recommendations to improve SEO performance. ● Strong understanding of mobile SEO and its key factors. ● Giving detailed site architecture and URL structure recommendations using appropriate tools and techniques. ● Recommending best practice on-page SEO improvements - markup, header tags, titles, cross-links etc. ● Overseeing the execution of the direct off-page optimization projects (e.g. link-building) ● Strong understanding of international SEO and key ranking factors: TLDs / URL structure / hreflang etc ● Utilizing keyword research tools to understand target markets. ● Reporting and measurement ● Leveraging analytics and competitor monitoring tools to uncover growth opportunities and determining how new SEO trends are translated into workable solutions for the business. ● Developing ways to track and monitor search performance in multiple search engines and regions. ● Defining key metrics that drive SEO performance and translating these into meaningful objectives for the team ● Displaying a strong understanding of ROI for SEO campaigns. Prioritizing quick wins where possible.Requirements: ● 5+ years of experience with a proven track record of delivering world-class, global SEO results ● Enjoys and is comfortable working in a fast-paced environment ● Pragmatic, results-oriented and strong sense of ownership of projects ● Have global SEO experience, not just single-country experience ● Mastery of various marketing attribution tools and systems.
