The HR Head in a captive center, plays a crucial role in managing and optimizing the human resources function. Here are some key responsibilities:
Strategic HR Planning: Align HR strategies with the overall business objectives of the captive Centre. This includes workforce planning, talent acquisition and succession planning.
- Recruitment: Managing the entire recruitment process to hire best employee for the firm.
- Talent Management: Oversee recruitment, Onboarding, training, and development programs to ensure the center attracts and retains top talent.
- Employee Engagement: Foster a positive work environment through employee engagement initiatives, performance management and career development opportunities.
- Compliance and Governance: Ensure compliance with local labor laws and corporate policies. Implement governance frameworks for HR processes.
- HR Analytics: Utilize HR analytics to drive data- driven decision – making and improve HR processes and outcomes.
- Change Management: Lead change management initiatives to support Organizational transformation and growth.
- Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with global and local stakeholders to align HR practices with the broader organizational goals
Skills –
Experience: min 10-15 + years of experience in HR, preferably with at least 3-4 years with a Global Captive Centre.
HR Experience in a Global Captive Centre for minimum 3-4 Years is must
Education – Master’s degree in business administration
