Job Overview :

We are seeking experienced Python DevOps Engineers with a minimum of 5 years in CI/CD pipeline management, infrastructure automation, and deployment processes. This role requires strong skills in Python scripting, Docker, version control, and collaboration with effective communication and problem-solving abilities.

Key Responsibilities :

1. DevOps Automation & CI/CD :

- Design and manage CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins to automate build, test, and deployment stages.

- Develop automation scripts in Python for infrastructure and deployment tasks.

2. Containerization & Infrastructure Management :

- Use Docker for containerization to maintain consistency across deployment environments.

- Integrate containerized applications within CI/CD pipelines for efficient deployment.

3. Scripting & Configuration :

- Use Python and Groovy for automation and pipeline customization in Jenkins.

- Maintain and enhance infrastructure scripts to support scalable deployment.

4. Version Control Management :

- Manage code repositories with Git, ensuring proper version control practices.

- o Establish efficient Git workflows to support code integration and branching.

5. Build & Dependency Management :

- Use Gradle for build automation and dependency management.

- Troubleshoot and optimize build processes, collaborating with development teams.

6. Collaboration & Communication :

- Communicate effectively with team members to coordinate deployments and resolve issues.

- Guide team members on DevOps best practices for a streamlined workflow.

7. Troubleshooting & Incident Management :

- Identify and resolve deployment and infrastructure issues.

- Lead incident investigations and implement solutions for enhanced stability.

- Jenkins : Strong experience with CI/CD pipeline setup and optimization.

- Groovy : Proficiency in Groovy scripting for pipeline customization.

- Docker : Hands-on experience with containerization and Dockerfile management.

- Git : Strong experience with Git for version control and collaborative workflows.

- Python Scripting : Proficient in Python for automation tasks.

- Gradle : Experience in build and dependency management.

- Soft Skills : Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

Desired Skills :

- Familiarity with additional DevOps tools and cloud environments.

Ideal Candidate Profile :

A highly skilled DevOps Engineer with a minimum of 5 years of experience in backend and frontend DevOps, implementing scalable CI/CD pipelines, and optimizing automation solutions. The candidate should be able to work effectively on-site in a dynamic team setting.
