Candidates with experience in project coordination or team leadership will be given added preference, as we value developers who can contribute to both technology and execution excellenceSkills & Experience RequiredMinimum 5-years of Experience on coding and developmentShould have experience in JAVA 8+, Data structure and Algorithms, SPRING: Spring Data Jdbc, Spring Security, Spring Boot, Spring Cache, Spring Rest and Spring MVC, Mongo DB, Postgress DB.Able to write well designed, testable & efficient code.Able to learn new platforms and ensure designs are compliant with specifications of existing platform.Support continuous improvement by investigating alternatives and technologies and presenting these for architectural review.Communicate with business partners to handle technical integration between both systems.Desired QualitiesStrong academic background with excellent communication and organizational skills.Self-starter with the ability to work independently and manage multiple projects under pressure.Proficient in Object-Oriented Analysis and Design, with hands-on experience in No Code platforms.Comfortable working across diverse geographies and time zones, collaborating effectively in dynamic environments.Ready to Join Us?At Tangerine Digital, we foster a culture of innovation and collaboration, where every team member has the opportunity to make a meaningful impact.
