Role Overview

We are looking for  curious, creative, tech-savvy, and quick-learning  interns to join our chatbot product team and take ownership of  writing and adapting chatbot flows and improving AI generated responses . This role is perfect for someone who can write well, enjoys problem-solving, and has an eye for detail. You will work on creating and refining chatflows, adapting them for different states, and managing AI prompt variations and  knowledge bases to ensure exceptional user-friendliness and response quality.

Key Responsibilities

  • Content Creation & Editing

    • Write and refine chatbot flows in English and Hindi.

    • Ensure messages are clear, concise, and engaging for students and teachers.

  • Flow Customisation

    • Adapt chatbot flows for different states, taking into account language, cultural, and program-specific variations.

    • Track and maintain state-wise specifications.

  • Prompt Testing & Evaluation of AI responses

    • Regularly test various chatbot prompts for different states, grades, and user types.

    • Evaluate chatbot response quality, clarity, and relevance.

    • Work with the team to ensure AI knowledge bases are current, accurate, and comprehensive.

  • Reporting & Collaboration

    • Share regular updates on progress and challenges.

    • Work closely with program, product, and tech teams to ensure quality and accuracy.
