Description : Role : Sr Backend Developer.Location : Bangalore (WFH).Exp : 4-6 yrs.Website : We are looking for a Senior Backend Developer with strong expertise in Python and Django, who has hands-on experience in designing scalable backend systems, working on cloud platforms (AWS/Azure), and managing end-to-end deployments. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of backend architecture, database management, and API development while ensuring performance, scalability, and security.Key Responsibilities :- Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend applications using Python (Django/DRF).- Architect and implement RESTful APIs and integration with external systems.- Optimize applications for performance, security, and scalability.- Manage deployment pipelines on AWS/Azure using CI/CD tools.- Work with relational and NoSQL databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB, etc.)- Implement cloud services (EC2, S3, RDS, Lambda, Azure App Services, Azure Functions, etc.)- Collaborate with frontend, DevOps, and product teams to deliver high-quality solutions.- Troubleshoot production issues and perform root cause analysis.- Mentor junior developers and contribute to code reviews and best practices.Required Skills & Qualifications :- Bachelors/Masters degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.- 4-6 years of backend development experience with strong proficiency in Python & Django.- Experience with cloud platforms AWS (preferred) or Azure.- Hands-on experience with deployment pipelines, CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, etc.)- Strong knowledge of SQL and NoSQL databases.- Experience with containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).- Good understanding of microservices architecture, REST APIs, and security best practices.- Proficiency in Git and version control workflows.- Excellent problem-solving, debugging, and communication skills.
