Join us if you like to :- Monitor and Manage OLTP applications.- Troubleshoot and resolve, issues related to application including bugs and system failures.- Provide real-time support to users and stakeholders by resolving their technical queries.- Augment and Integrate leading-edge tools and technologies- Collaborate cross-functionally with data engineers, business users, project managers and other engineers to achieve elegant solutions.What youll need to bring :- Bachelors or Masters Degree Engineering / Computer Science / B.Tech / M.Tech / B.ScIT / M.ScIT / BE / ME / BCA / MCA.- Application Support and Technical Support knowledge.- Strong analytical skills and ability to troubleshoot issues.- Experience with trading platforms and financial services.- Very strong knowledge with SQL.- Hands-on with scripting languages - preferably Python but bash will also do.- Hands-on AWS skills, techies with certifications from AWS are particularly encouraged to apply - AWS API Gateway, Lambda, EC2, RDS, SQS, S3, CloudWatch.- Battle-tested production monitoring knowledge in a D2C environment with at least 40-50k users daily.- Excellent communication skills.- Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
