Education: Bachelor’s degree/ B.EExperience: 10+ yearsTechnical Skills Required:- Minimum 10+ years in infrastructure/solution architecture, with expertise in designing, deploying, and managing enterprise-scale EUC and Digital Workspace solutions. - Strong expertise in Virtualization technologies, Windows and Linux OS. - Proficiency in networking, storage, AD, DNS, file servers, and security solutions. - Hands-on experience in designing solutions for Virtual Desktop Infrastructure (VDI), application virtualization. - Hands-on experience in sizing largescale environments. - Experience in handling and managing Large Scale, Enterprise and Strategic customers. - Advanced troubleshooting skills across Windows and Linux environments. - Proven client engagement and account management capabilities. - Strategic mindset with the ability to mentor, inspire, and drive organizational learning.Good to have:- Experience in Identity & Access Management (IAM), Cybersecurity products, ZTNA. - Exposure to DevOps practices, infrastructure automation, and monitoring tools.Soft Skills Required:- Cross-functional leadership - Technical enablement & partner programs - Strategic account management - Team development & mentoring - Infrastructure design& optimization - Proactive problem-solving and continuous improvementRole and Responsibilities:- Architect, design, and implement end-user computing (EUC) solutions that are secure, scalable, and aligned with evolving client and market needs. - Partner with Engineering teams to co-develop new features and ensure alignment of infrastructure initiatives with product roadmaps. - Collaborate with Presales to design and deliver technical bootcamps, empowering teams with future-ready skills. - Contributing in creating blogs, White papers, validated designs, design templates, architecture templates etc. - Collaborating with the L&D function for trainings. - Act as a trusted advisor and technology leader under the Customer Success function, helping in upskilling Professional Services and Technical Support teams. - Work to provide Quality Assurance for the documentation created by the Professional Services and Pre-Sales team. - Represent as a Technology Leader for Accops in front of customers. - Open to travel.Founded in 2012, Accops is a leading provider of secure remote access and digital workspace solutions, enabling organizations to maintain control and governance while offering flexibility to work from any device.
