Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and creative R&D Executive with strong experience in the lift and elevator manufacturing industry, along with a solid understanding of residential and commercial interior design. The ideal candidate will play a key role in the research, design, and innovation of elevator solutions that blend seamlessly with modern architectural aesthetics and user expectations.



Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and support R&D initiatives for next-gen elevator and lift products.
  • Collaborate with design and engineering teams to integrate interior aesthetics into elevator cabin designs.
  • Innovate space-saving, energy-efficient, and user-friendly elevator solutions.
  • Conduct market and competitor analysis to identify trends in interior and lift design.
  • Work closely with architects, designers, and the production team to ensure alignment with modern housing interiors.
  • Research and test new materials, technologies, and design approaches.
  • Prepare technical documents, design specs, and concept presentations.
  • Stay updated with safety standards, certifications (e.g., TUV), and regulatory requirements.



Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Design, Product Design, or related field.
  • 3–5 years of hands-on R&D experience in the elevator/lift manufacturing industry.
  • Strong portfolio or experience in interior cabin design and customization for elevators.
  • Solid understanding of ergonomics, space planning, and interior materials.
  • Proficiency in CAD tools (AutoCAD, SolidWorks, or similar design software).
  • Good understanding of electrical, mechanical, and structural components of lifts.
  • Creative, detail-oriented, and passionate about design-driven engineering.
  • Strong problem-solving and cross-functional communication skills.



Nice to Have:

  • Experience working with luxury home elevator brands.
  • Knowledge of modular and shaftless elevator systems.
  • Familiarity with smart elevator systems and automation.
