We’re a fast-growing fintech , and we’re looking for someone just like youThe responsibilities we entrust you with -Own and evolve our pricing strategy for acquiring new merchants or retentionExecute price plans end to end from price plan creation to merchant offer to deal approval & post deployment evaluationAnalyse transaction data to uncover insights and improve marginsCollaborate with product, sales, and ops to build/ enhance pricing modelsTrack market trends, competitor pricing, and regulatory shiftsBuild dashboards/ tools that help us stay sharp in pricing impact & optimisationWhat matters in this role - 3+ years in business finance, pricing, or strategy rolesExperience in cost benefit analysis for new pricing dealsFamiliarity with MDR, interchange, and transaction cost structures a plusHands-on with Excel; SQL, Power BI/Tableau experience preferredStartup mindset – agile, curious, and ready to hustleWhat we Value in Our people -You take the shot: You Decide Fast and You Deliver RightYou are the CEO of what you do: you show ownership and make things happenYou own tomorrow: by building solutions for the merchants and doing the right thingYou sign your work like an artist: You seek to learn and take pride in the work you do
