ESTIMATION ENGINEER JOB PROFILE

 

1.  Preparation of BOQ as per the production drawing or drawing provided by client.

2.  Preparation of Estimation and maintaining records of the same as per the requirements.

3.  Take necessary steps to execute the responsibilities in consultation with manager

4.  Preparation of BOM and share to store department.

5.  Preparation of supporting documents, quantity and share to accounts for client invoice.

6.  Payment follow up with client, forwarding E invoice to client

7.  Reconciliation of materials which are delivered and billed.

8.  Preparation of work order for Subcontractors

9.  Preparation of Support documents and invoice of subcontractors coordinating with site team.

10. Reconciliation of subcontractors billing coordinating with site team.

11. Preparing and maintaining tracking record of mobilization advance, ongoing projects, retention money.

12. Reconciliation of Raw material and Manpower which used project wise in coordination with production team.

13. Prepare and submission of project profitability.
