Job Description :

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated BI/Data Analyst to join our team on a contract basis. The ideal candidate will have 2-5 years of relevant experience and a strong background in Business Intelligence (BI) and Data Analytics using tools like Power BI and Qlik.


You will be responsible for developing, implementing, and maintaining BI solutions to help drive data-driven decision-making. This role requires immediate joiners who can start within two weeks.

Key Responsibilities :

BI Solution Development :

- Design, develop, and deploy Business Intelligence solutions using Power BI and Qlik.

- Create interactive and visually appealing dashboards and reports that provide actionable insights.

Data Analysis :

- Perform data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and insights that support business decisions.

- Conduct data profiling, cleansing, and validation to ensure data accuracy and reliability.

Data Integration :

- Integrate data from multiple sources to build comprehensive data models.

- Use ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) processes to ensure efficient data flow and management.

Performance Optimization :

- Optimize BI solutions for performance and scalability.

- Ensure timely and accurate delivery of BI solutions.

Collaboration :

- Work closely with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into BI solutions.

- Communicate findings and insights to stakeholders effectively.

Documentation :

- Maintain detailed documentation of BI solutions, data models, and processes.

- Ensure proper version control and documentation of changes.

Technical Skills :

- Proficiency in BI tools such as Power BI and Qlik.

- Strong knowledge of data modeling, SQL, and database management.

- Experience with ETL processes and tools.

- Familiarity with data warehousing concepts and best practices.

- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) is a plus.

Analytical Skills :

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Ability to interpret complex data and present findings in a clear, concise manner.

Soft Skills :

- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.

- Strong team player with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams.

- High attention to detail and commitment to quality.

Qualifications :

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Data Science, or a related field.

- 2 to 5 years of relevant experience in BI and Data Analytics.

- Proven track record of delivering BI solutions in a fast-paced environment.
