Associate Director/Manager/Assistant Manager - ERP

Responsibilities:
  • Lead or support the end-to-end implementation of SAP Finance, Oracle Finance, or PeopleSoft Finance modules, ensuring project timelines, deliverables, and budget are met.
  • Work closely with business stakeholders to gather and document finance business requirements, translating them into ERP system configurations and solutions.
  • Configure financial modules such as General Ledger (GL), Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), Asset Management (AM), Cost Center Accounting (CCA), Profit Center Accounting (PCA), Financial Accounting (FI), and Controlling (CO) for SAP, Oracle Financials, or PeopleSoft Financials.
  • Lead or participate in testing phases, including system integration testing (SIT), user acceptance testing (UAT), and performance testing to ensure system functionality aligns with business requirements.
  • Manage and execute data migration strategies, including data mapping, cleansing, and validating data for migration to the new ERP system.
  • Provide training to end-users and key stakeholders on the new ERP finance modules. Offer ongoing support post-implementation to ensure the system is being used effectively and address any issues.
Requirements:
  • 2+ yrs - 10 Yrs experience in ERP Implementation, System Configuration, Testing, and Data Migration.
  • Experience with SAP Finance, Oracle Finance, or PeopleSoft Finance modules.
  • Strong business acumen and ability to work closely with business stakeholders.
