SAP Data Migration Consultant – 100% RemoteCandidate Location - IndiaEmployment Type: 12 months plus contractStart date – DOEJob DescriptionWe are seeking an experienced SAP Data Migration Consultant to support the transition from SAP ECC to SAP S/4HANA. This role will be responsible for planning, executing, validating, and optimizing data migration activities across multiple functional areas such as Finance, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Sales, and Procurement.The ideal candidate has strong technical expertise in SAP migration tools, deep ECC/S4HANA data model knowledge, and hands-on experience delivering migration projects in large, complex environments.Lead end-to-end data migration activities for ECC to S/4HANA transformation projects;Perform data extraction, cleansing, transformation, load (ETL) using SAP migration tools (BDC, LSMW, LTMC, Migration Cockpit, BODS, BTP tools, etc.);Analyze legacy ECC data structures and map them to S/4HANA target data models;Collaborate with functional teams to define migration rules, data quality requirements, and validation criteria;Build functional specifications for data migration objects, transformation logic, and validation reports;Execute mock loads, dress rehearsals, data readiness assessments, and cutover activities;Resolve data inconsistencies, errors, and performance issues during migration cycles;Document migration strategy, technical objects, procedures, and lessons learned;Partner with business users, PMO, and technical teams to ensure timely and accurate data transition;Support Go-Live, hypercare, and post-migration stabilization.
