Join a leading 115-year-old engineering group As Head of Machinery Outfitting, oversee all aspects of machinery, piping, valves, HVAC and auxiliary systems installation on shipyard blocks. Drive quality, safety, and efficiency for marine infrastructure projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead machinery outfitting activities for shipyard block construction, ensuring work aligns with project schedules and quality standards.
• Oversee installation, sequencing and progress of pipes, valves, HVAC, and auxiliary systems.
• Collaborate with engineering, electrical, and quality teams to solve technical and process challenges.
• Ensure project compliance with class society, regulatory and safety standards (ABS, DNV, SOLAS, IEC, etc.).
• Manage and develop a multidisciplinary workforce, materials, and resources for timely project delivery.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s in mechanical engineering, Marine Engineering, or Naval Architecture; Master’s or certifications in Project/Quality Management preferred.
• Minimum 16 years’ experience in machinery outfitting or project management within shipbuilding, EPC, or offshore infrastructure.
• Proven leadership, team management, and project scheduling skills.
• Effective communicator, analytical problem-solver, adaptable to high-demand environments.
