Overview:PracticeSuite, a leading SaaS company providing cloud-based practice management and medical billing solutions.We are looking for a PLSQL Developer to join us. This role is focused on database development, performance optimization, and ensuring that data systems meet the business needs of the organization. It requires a mix of technical expertise in Oracle databases (specifically PL/SQL), strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills, and the ability to communicate effectively with both technical teams and business stakeholders. The role also emphasizes continuous learning and involvement in all stages of the software development process.ResponsibilitiesDesign stable, reliable and effective database programs to ensure that data processing production systems meet user needsPL/SQL and SQL Tuning and Optimization of newly developed and existing applicationsProvide data analysis and validationLeverage Oracle 10g/11g features to their fullest on a large-scale system.Identification of performance issues on production and testing systems.Interact with internal and external clients to understand requirements, explain issues and prioritize work.Involved in all aspects of the software development life cycle and demonstrate abilities to learn both the business processes as well as new and existing pl/sql technologiesQualifications:Basic knowledge of Oracle database architectureAdvanced database development experience (Oracle SQL/PLSQL)Knowledge of software developmentStrong SQL development, SQL analytics and tuning skillsExcellent analytical and organizational skillsAn ability to understand front-end users’ requirements and a problem-solving attitudeStrong communications skills (both verbal & written)Experience - 5+ YearsLocation - Kochi (Complete WFO)Who Are WePracticeSuite is a national, fast-growing cloud computing software company based in Tampa, FL that provides a cloud-based 360°Office Platform to healthcare facilities.
