We are looking for a motivated Management Trainee – Digital Marketing to join our growing team. This role is designed for freshers or early-career professionals who want hands-on experience in digital marketing, e-commerce, and creative content development. You will support the team in planning, executing, and analyzing digital marketing campaigns while assisting with website updates, Shopify operations, and AI-generated creative design.Key ResponsibilitiesAssist in planning and executing digital marketing campaigns across social media, search engines, and paid platforms.Support Shopify website management, including product uploads, page updates, banners, and basic store optimization.Create engaging AI-generated graphics, social media creatives, product banners, and ad visuals using tools like Midjourney, Firefly, Canva, or DALL·E.Help implement SEO strategies—keyword research, on-page/off-page optimization, and performance tracking.Assist in executing Social Media Marketing (SMM) activities: content scheduling, posting, engagement, and competitor analysis.Monitor and report on campaign performance across Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, Shopify, and other analytics tools.Coordinate with creative, content, and marketing teams to ensure smooth campaign execution.Stay updated with the latest trends in digital marketing, e-commerce, AI tools, and online advertising.QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Marketing, Digital Media, Communications, or a related field.Basic understanding of SEO, SMM, digital ads, and website management.Familiarity with Shopify, Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, or willingness to learn quickly.Creative mindset with interest in AI-powered graphic design tools.Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).Strong written, verbal, and collaboration skills.Ability to multitask, manage time effectively, and work in a fast-paced environment.
