Job Title : VP Engineering

Location : Chennai

Job Description :

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic VP of Engineering with over 9 years of experience in product development to lead our engineering team and drive technological innovation. The ideal candidate should have a proven track record in building scalable solutions and managing high-performing teams, particularly within start-up organizations. Candidates with expertise in the healthcare domain or healthcare products will be strongly preferred.


Key Responsibilities :


- Lead and manage the engineering team to deliver high-quality products on time and within budget.


- Develop and implement technical strategies aligned with business goals.


- Foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement.


- Ensure scalable architecture and robust solutions to meet product and customer needs.


- Partner with cross-functional teams to drive product success.


Key Requirements :


- 9+ years of experience in product development, including leadership roles.


- Strong background in the healthcare domain (preferred).


- Proven success in start-up environments, scaling teams and processes.


- Technical expertise in full-stack development, including :


1. Backend : Java.


2. Frontend : Angular, Node.js, or similar frameworks.


3. Core full-stack development capabilities.


- Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
