- As the Financial Controller, you will play a critical role in overseeing all aspects of the company's financial operations, ensuring financial stability, and driving strategic business decisions.

Financial Planning & Analysis:

- Develop and manage annual budgets and forecasts, including revenue, expenses, and cash flow.

- Conduct variance analysis, identify trends, and provide insightful commentary to management.

- Prepare financial models and perform scenario analysis to support strategic decision-making.

- Oversee the preparation of financial reports, including income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements.

Accounting & Reporting:

- Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting in accordance with GAAP and other relevant accounting standards.

- Oversee the month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closing processes.

- Manage accounts receivable, accounts payable, and payroll functions.

- Ensure compliance with all relevant tax laws and regulations
