Description :We are seeking an experienced Database Architect to lead the design, management, and optimization of large-scale data operations across approximately 200 servers. This senior-level role combines database administration, data architecture, and strategic data management responsibilities to enhance performance, reliability, and accessibility of enterprise data assets.Key Responsibilities :- Analyze, review, and interpret data across a large-scale server environment (~200 servers).- Design and enforce data retention, governance, and archival policies.- Lead database performance tuning, query optimization, and indexing strategies to improve system efficiency.- Architect and support scalable database structures and storage strategies.- Ensure high levels of data reliability, security, and compliance with organizational standards.- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate data solutions with business applications and analytics platforms.- Provide guidance on database best practices, architecture patterns, and emerging technologies.- Mentor and support junior DBAs and data professionals in the team.Requirements : - 10+ years of experience in data architecture, database administration, and performance optimization.- Hands-on experience with both relational (Oracle, SQL Server, MySQL, PostgreSQL) and non-relational (NoSQL, MongoDB, Cassandra, etc.) databases.- Strong expertise in database performance tuning, query optimization, and data modeling.- Familiarity with data governance, retention policies, and compliance practices.- Experience designing and implementing large-scale, enterprise-level database solutions.- Strong problem-solving, analytical, and troubleshooting skills.- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities for working with technical and business stakeholders.
