Role Overview:

- We are looking for an experienced Technical Manager / Engineering Manager with strong expertise in Full Stack development to lead our engineering team.

- This role is ideal for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments, enjoys solving complex problems, and is passionate about mentoring teams while driving technical excellence.

Position: Technical Manager / Engineering Manager.

Location: Ludhiana (Hybrid/Remote/Onsite).

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead, mentor, and inspire a team of software engineers while overseeing code reviews and technical guidance.

- Architect scalable and reliable solutions, defining best practices and technical standards.

- Design and develop robust backend services and RESTful APIs using Node.js.

- Manage large datasets with efficient storage, processing, and optimization strategies.

- Work extensively with AWS services (RDS, Redshift, EC2, S3, Kinesis).

- Build and maintain data models and queries in MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, or OpenSearch.

- Collaborate closely with frontend, DevOps, and analytics teams to deliver seamless solutions.

- Drive technology adoption, evaluate emerging tools, and make strategic technical decisions.

- Implement Git workflows, CI/CD pipelines, and containerization using Docker.

- Ensure timely project delivery by coordinating with cross-functional teams.

Required Skills & Experience:

- 10+ years of hands-on experience in software development with deep expertise in Node.js & JavaScript.

- 3+ years of proven leadership experience managing engineering teams.

- Strong foundation in software architecture, design patterns, and system design.

- In-depth knowledge of relational & NoSQL databases.

- Solid expertise with AWS ecosystem (RDS, Redshift, EC2, S3, Kinesis).

- Experience in managing large datasets, performance tuning, and data analytics workflows.

- Proficiency with Git, CI/CD pipelines, and Docker.

- trong coaching, mentoring, and code review skills.

- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.

Preferred Qualifications:

- Full Stack expertise with frontend skills in React.js, Angular, Vue.js, or Next.js.

- Exposure to multi-cloud environments (AWS, Azure, GCP) and DevOps practices.

- Experience leading distributed or remote-first engineering teams.

- Strong understanding of software architecture and modern engineering practices.
