Video Colourist

We’re looking for a Video Colorist with 4–5 years of experience who can take raw footage and transform it into cinematic, emotionally resonant visuals. Our work is driven by emotion, aesthetics, and precision — and we’re building a team that shares that commitment.What You’ll Own- Colour Grading & Enhancement: Bring footage to life by balancing and enhancing hues, contrast, and tones to achieve cinematic quality. - Creative Collaboration: Work closely with editors, cinematographers, and directors to ensure the colour aligns with the story and mood of each project. - Style & Experimentation: Experiment with looks and grading styles, adapting to different projects while maintaining brand consistency. - Technical Excellence: Ensure all graded footage meets technical standards for delivery, including broadcast and digital platforms. - Workflow Contribution: Suggest improvements to colour grading pipelines, LUTs, and post-production processes for efficiency and consistency.Key Skills Required- Proficiency in colour grading software, preferably DaVinci Resolve. - Strong understanding of colour theory, composition, and cinematic storytelling. - Ability to adapt grading styles to match different project aesthetics. - Collaborative mindset and excellent communication skills. - Strong attention to detail and consistency across multiple projects.Who You Are- 3–5 years of experience in video colour grading (commercial, weddings, or branded content preferred). - Passionate about storytelling and visual aesthetics. - Open to feedback and eager to experiment while maintaining high-quality output.Our Offer- Monthly salary: ₹40,000–₹50,000 based on experience. - Creative, collaborative work environment with opportunities for growth. - Hands-on experience with high-quality projects across diverse visual genres.
