Approved by the Ministry of New & Renewable Energy, the company focuses on innovation and technology to deliver advanced eco-friendly hot water solutions.Role DescriptionThis is a full-time on-site role for a Heat Pump Technician located in Ahmedabad. He/she will be responsible installing, maintaining, diagnosing, and repairing residential and commercial air-source water heater heat pump systems. This role ensures optimal system performance, energy efficiency, and customer satisfaction through skilled technical service and professional communication.Key ResponsibilitiesPerform maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of heat pump systems, including electrical and refrigerant components. Diagnose system malfunctions and determine appropriate repair solutions. Install, start up, and commission new heat pump systems according to manufacturer specifications and local codes. Replace or repair defective parts such as compressors, motors, fans, sensors, and thermostats. Maintain detailed service records, including work performed, parts used, and labor hours.Preferred SkillsStrong understanding of HVAC electrical, mechanical, and refrigeration systems. Ability to read and interpret wiring diagrams, schematics, and technical manuals. Proficient with diagnostic tools and digital instruments.QualificationsBachelor's degree/ Diploma in mechanical/electrical engineering discipline Minimum [2–5] years of experience servicing or installing heat pump/ HVAC systemsWhy Join Us?Competitive compensation.
