We are looking for a strategic, experienced, and passionate professional to lead our Sales & Outreach efforts for Postgraduate Programs.Role Overview:Position: Head of Department - Sales & Outreach (PG Programs)Location: MumbaiIndustry: Education / Higher EducationEmployment Type: Full-timeKey Responsibilities:- Develop and lead comprehensive Sales, Outreach & Marketing strategies (ATL & BTL) to drive PG program admissions- Build, manage, and expand institutional partnerships (colleges, corporates, counselors, etc.)- Lead a team to achieve admissions and revenue targets- Design and implement effective lead generation & conversion funnels- Represent the institution at key events, seminars, and industry forums- Regularly report performance metrics and optimize outreach efforts- Collaborate with internal stakeholders (Academics, Marketing, Digital, etc.)Who Should Apply:- Professionals with 10-15+ years of experience in education sales, admissions, or marketing- Proven leadership in managing teams and driving student acquisition at the PG level- Excellent communication, networking, and stakeholder management skills- Experience in ATL/BTL outreach campaigns and student engagement- Candidates from an educational institution background preferred- Must be based in or willing to relocate to Mumbai (ref:iimjobs.com)
