Job Summary We are seeking a skilled ServiceNow Developer to design, develop, and implement ServiceNow solutions that support IT service management and business workflows. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience with ServiceNow configuration, scripting, and integrations.Key ResponsibilitiesDesign, develop, and customize ServiceNow applications and modules (ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, CSM, etc.)Configure workflows, business rules, client scripts, UI policies, and ACLsDevelop and maintain integrations using REST/SOAP, MID Server, and APIsPerform system upgrades, patching, and platform enhancementsTroubleshoot and resolve ServiceNow issues and performance problemsCollaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver solutionsProvide technical documentation and support knowledge transferRequirements3+ years of hands-on ServiceNow development experienceStrong knowledge of JavaScript, Glide API, and ServiceNow scriptingExperience with ServiceNow data model, CMDB, and ITSM processesFamiliarity with integrations, web services, and SSOExperience with ServiceNow best practices and SDLCServiceNow CSA and/or CAD certification preferredNice to HaveExperience with ServiceNow App EngineITIL certificationExperience in Agile/Scrum environments
