We are currently seeking a proactive and creative Human Resource Trainee to join our dynamic team. If you have a passion for HR processes and a keen eye for detail, we invite you to contribute your skills to our collaborative environment. Join us in supporting various HR functions and initiatives that resonate with our organization's goals.
Please note: This is a paid role
Skills:
- Strong written and verbal communication skills to effectively interact with candidates, employees, and team members.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize responsibilities, and maintain attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.
- Capable of building positive relationships with employees, displaying empathy, and resolving issues diplomatically.
- Efficiently handle administrative tasks, including scheduling, documentation, and data management, to ensure smooth HR operations.
- Demonstrate a high level of discretion and confidentiality when dealing with sensitive employee information.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities, organizational needs, and evolving recruitment scenarios.
- Work effectively as part of the HR team, contributing to a collaborative and supportive work environment.
- Develop the ability to analyze situations, identify challenges, and propose practical solutions within the HR domain.
Responsibilities:
- Engage in candidate sourcing, resume screening, and initial interviews to support the recruitment process.
- Maintain accurate and confidential employee records, ensuring compliance with data protection regulations.
- Contribute to the onboarding process, preparing materials and coordinating activities for a seamless new employee integration.
- Address basic employee inquiries, fostering positive relations and escalating issues as needed for resolution.
- Execute various administrative duties, including interview scheduling, calendar management, and documentation organization.
- Ensure adherence to HR policies and procedures, providing guidance to employees when necessary.
- Assist in organizing training programs and workshops, contributing to employee development initiatives.
- Collaborate with the HR team in identifying internal candidates, coordinating internal interviews, and managing the internal job posting process.
