Job SummaryWe are looking for a junior–mid level Firewall Engineer to support the migration of users from legacy VPN solutions to Palo Alto Prisma Access ZTNA. The engineer will assist in user discovery, policy setup, client deployment, testing, and troubleshooting as part of a large-scale remote access consolidation initiative.Key ResponsibilitiesSupport migration from existing VPNs to Prisma Access (ZTNA).Assess current VPN users, applications, and access patterns.Assist in configuring Prisma Access: IdP integration (Entra ID), posture checks, and access policies.Help deploy and test Prisma GlobalProtect/Prisma ZTNA clients for end-users.Validate secure connectivity, policy enforcement (allow/deny), and failover behavior.Work with UEM/EDR tools to ensure posture check compliance.Monitor logs and alerts via SIEM (Chronicle or similar).Provide troubleshooting and basic administrative support.Assist with documentation and user onboarding (client setup, MFA, posture requirements).Qualifications1–3 years of experience in network security, remote access, or firewall operations.Basic hands-on knowledge of Palo Alto Networks, VPNs, or ZTNA technologies.Familiarity with Entra ID (Azure AD), MFA, and identity-based access.Understanding of endpoint posture checks (UEM/EDR).Strong troubleshooting and communication skills.Nice to HaveExposure to Palo Alto Panorama or Prisma Access.Experience with SIEM tools (e.g., Chronicle, Splunk).Certifications such as PCCET, PCNSA, or similar.
