Employment Type Consultant (Hybrid on‑site )

What you'll do

  • Design, build, and optimize end‑to‑end data pipelines in Azure Synapse and Azure Data Factory (ADF)
  • Develop robust ETL/ELT solutions and manage large‑scale data ingestion & transformation
  • Tune complex SQL queries and data models for performance and cost‑efficiency
  • Integrate diverse data sources with Azure Data Lake / Blob Storage and enforce governance & security best practices
  • Collaborate closely with analytics, product, and business teams to enable data‑driven decision making

What we're looking for

  • Proven hands‑on expertise with Azure Synapse (mandatory) and ADF
  • Solid grounding in SQL, data modelling, and performance tuning
  • Experience in cloud‑scale data storage, version control, and CI/CD collaboration workflows
  • Strong communication skills and a passion for delivering reliable, production‑ready data solutions
