What Makes You a Good Fit:

- Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in data analysis, MIS, or business intelligence roles.

- Industry Preference: Candidates with prior experience in Stock Broking companies are highly preferred.

- Analytical Acumen: Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate complex data into clear, actionable insights.

- Problem Solver: Proven ability to identify business challenges and propose data-driven solutions.

- Team Leadership: Experience in leading or mentoring a team is a plus.

- System Thinker: Ability to think systematically about data flows and reporting needs.
