As an SAP MM Consultant, your role is crucial in managing material master data, configuring purchasing documents, and designing release strategies.

You specialize in coordinating with clients to identify their needs, gathering and analyzing data, and
developing strategies to optimize operations within the material management module.

Responsibilities :

- Work on the roll-out and implementation of new business applications and functionality, specifically within the SAP MM, PP, WM, and QM space.

- Successfully implement SAP, providing functional expertise, guidance, presentations, and instruction on SAP products to clients.

- Knowledge and experience of intercompany processes in SAP.

- Collaborate closely with the SAP Run Team to prioritize, test, and deploy system change requests or provide support.

- Design and implement core functionalities of SAP MM, including screen controls.

- Assist clients in the implementation and support of SAP modules.

- Participate in rollouts of SAP (modules PP/MM) in EK-group companies.

- Facilitate the gathering of requirements, design, implementation, and support of SAP Materials Management to enhance clients' business functionality and performance.

Implementing SAP MM :

- Work with clients to understand their business requirements.

- Design and implement solutions that meet those requirements.

Configuring SAP MM :

- Set up material master data, vendor master data, purchasing groups, purchasing organizations, pricing procedures, and other relevant settings.

Testing and Training :

- Perform system testing to ensure the SAP MM module works as expected.

- Provide training to end users on how to use the module.

Support and Maintenance :

- Troubleshoot issues related to SAP MM.

- Offer guidance on best practices.

- Implement fixes and enhancements.

Integration with Other SAP Modules:

- Collaborate with other SAP consultants to ensure seamless integration with modules like FI (Financial Accounting) and CO (Controlling).

Documentation :

- Create user manuals, process flows, and system configurations for the SAP MM module.

Continuous Improvement :

- Continually review the SAP MM module and identify areas for improvement.

- Work with clients to implement changes that enhance their business Education: Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Education, Computer Science, Engineering, Business/Administration, Information Technology, Economics, Technical, Management, or Science.

- Desired Skills: Best practices within SAP software, WM, project management, system architecture, and system development methodology.

- Experience: Minimum 7 years of SAP MM implementation experience, business-oriented mindset, and familiarity with interfaces to external systems
