  • At least 5 years of working experience on Data & Analytics projects
  • Experience testing Data engineering SQL ETL MDM Visualizations (Power BI)
  • Experience working on ETL any MDM projects Data Migration projects Data Visualization project as a Data Analyst or QA Lead
  • Experience working on any cloud platform AWS Azure or GCP as a QA Lead
  • Hands on with Jira Confluence Business process.
  • Strong knowledge on Oracle Database concepts and Data testing using SQL or other database platforms.
  • Must have expertise with Databases (SQL Oracle DB2).
  • Able to understand complex Stored Procedures and Execute them as per business requirements.
  • Must have strong knowledge on ETL & Master Data Management (MDM) concepts.
  • Should be familiar with Excel Macros VLOOKUPS and Pivot to perform Data analysis.
  • Experience developing test deliverables like test plans test cases test data traceability matrix.
  • Able to manage one or more projects and drive QA Teams
  • Experience in Preparing Test Plan Test Strategy Test Summary DSR Test Sign Off documents.
  • Experience with any of the industry verticals Healthcare Pharma Retail Banking Financial & Insurance
  • Excellent documentation and presentation skills and able to write detailed user stories.
  • Experience in management (Scrum Management or Project Management) to some extent.
  • Should have hands on experience on any of the Defect tracking tools.
  • Ensure that defects are correctly captured reviewed prioritized and triaged and that BreakFix resources are assigned to resolve defects.
  • Onshore and offshore coordination

What will you get to do in this role
  • Communicate and track any quality risks gaps or issues.
  • Communicate the status of testing initiatives to the stakeholder groups and lead triage meetings; Verify and Business requirements.
  • Continually improve the testing infrastructure tools and processes also train team members on those processes.
  • Have responsibilities in the process of traceability of requirements through to Data tests and defect lists.
  • Define quality metrics and implement measurements to determine test effectiveness testing efficiency and measure the overall quality of the Project.
  • Plan develop and execute test strategy across Projects and platforms.
  • Function as the primary point of contact for all quality aspects of releases.
  • Work with SME s and Project leads to triage and prioritize issues for resolution.
