The ideal candidate will combine deep technical expertise with leadership skills to guide cross-functional teams, mentor engineers, and deliver innovative AI-driven products.Job Title : AI Tech Lead Location : Bangalore Experience : 7- 9 YearsKey Responsibilities :- Lead end-to-end AI solution development - from architecture to deployment.- Design and implement scalable GenAI models and pipelines tailored to business needs.- Collaborate with product, data, and engineering teams to integrate AI into applications.- Stay ahead of emerging AI/ML/GenAI trends, tools, and frameworks to recommend best practices.- Mentor and guide a team of AI/ML engineers and developers.- Ensure model performance, scalability, and responsible AI practices.Required Skills & Experience :- 7- 9 years of experience in AI/ML development, with recent hands-on experience in Generative AI (LLMs, Diffusion Models, RAG, Prompt Engineering, Fine-tuning, etc.).- Strong proficiency in Python, FastAPI, MySQL, and vector databases, along with TensorFlow/PyTorch and related AI/ML frameworks.- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and deploying AI/ML solutions in production.- Solid understanding of data pipelines, MLOps, and model lifecycle management.- Proven experience in leading teams and delivering AI-driven products.- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.Good to Have :- Exposure to LangChain, Hugging Face, or similar GenAI toolkits.- Experience in applying GenAI across domains like NLP, computer vision, or multimodal AI.- Contributions to open-source AI projects or research publications.Qualifications :- Bachelor's/Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (ref:hirist.tech)
