We are now expanding and looking for a talented Facebook Ads Specialist based in India to join our remote team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Plan, execute, and manage Facebook ad campaigns from start to finish.
  • Conduct market and audience research to identify campaign strategies.
  • Create compelling ad creatives or work with designers and copywriters.
  • Perform A/B testing and optimize campaigns for performance.
  • Analyze and report on campaign performance using Facebook Ads Manager.
  • Prepare weekly/monthly reports and suggest improvement strategies.
  • Stay updated with Facebook's policy changes and new advertising features.
  • Collaborate with other team members and communicate clearly on task status.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience managing Facebook ad campaigns.
  • Solid understanding of Facebook Ads Manager, Business Manager, and advanced targeting options.
  • Ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
  • Good command of English (spoken and written).
  • Fast and reliable internet connection.
  • Proactive, organized, and responsive attitude.
