Job Purpose:

The Online Content Creation and Delivery Lead will be responsible for overseeing the creation, management, and delivery of high-quality online content across various platforms. This individual will coordinate with content creators, ensure content aligns with business objectives, and ensure smooth delivery to the target audience. They will also be responsible for tracking and ensuring the effectiveness and outcomes of the content delivered.

Key Responsibilities:

Content Strategy and Planning:

- Develop and implement content strategies that align with organizational goals, audience needs, and market trends.

- Plan and coordinate content creation across multiple formats, including video, articles, blogs, webinars, and e-learning materials.

- Collaborate with stakeholders from various departments to ensure content aligns with marketing, sales, and educational objectives.

Content Creation and Management:

- Lead and manage content creation teams, ensuring high-quality production of videos, articles, and other content types.

- Oversee content production schedules and ensure that all deadlines are met.

- Manage content libraries and ensure that all materials are up-to-date and organized for easy access and retrieval.

Content Delivery and Execution:

- Ensure smooth delivery of content across online platforms (websites, LMS, social media, etc.).

- Coordinate the publishing and distribution of content, ensuring it reaches the target audience in the intended format and timeframe.

- Collaborate with IT and other relevant teams to ensure seamless content integration and delivery across various systems.

Performance Tracking and Outcome Measurement:

- Monitor content performance through analytics and reporting tools, tracking key metrics such as engagement, retention, and conversion rates.

- Analyze outcomes to assess the effectiveness of content and make data-driven recommendations for improvement.

- Report regularly on content performance to senior leadership, highlighting successes and areas for improvement.

Team Coordination and Leadership:

- Lead a team of content creators, including writers, editors, designers, and multimedia specialists.

- Provide guidance and mentorship to the team, ensuring they meet content standards and continuously improve.

- Foster a collaborative working environment, encouraging creativity and innovation in content creation.

Stakeholder Collaboration and Communication:

- Act as the primary point of contact for all content-related inquiries, coordinating between content creators, marketing, IT, and other departments.

- Work closely with other teams to ensure content is aligned with overall campaigns and initiatives.

Quality Assurance:

- Ensure all content meets brand guidelines, quality standards, and is optimized for user engagement and accessibility.

- Perform final reviews and edits before content is published to ensure accuracy, consistency, and alignment with organizational objectives.

Qualifications and Skills:

- Proven experience in managing and delivering online content across multiple platforms.

- Strong understanding of digital content trends, SEO, and social media strategies.

- Excellent organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple content streams and meet deadlines.

- Strong leadership abilities with experience managing teams and collaborating across functions.

- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and adjust strategies to improve outcomes.

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

- Familiarity with content management systems (CMS), Learning Management Systems (LMS), and video/audio editing tools
