As a senior member, you'll be instrumental in designing, building, and maintaining scalable, high-performance backend systems that power mission-critical applications.Key Responsibilities :- Design, develop, and maintain robust and scalable backend services using Kotlin or Java- Build and optimize APIs both RESTful and GraphQL to serve internal and external clients- Architect and implement systems using Spring Boot or Micronaut- Leverage AWS services for cloud-native application development using CDK, SAM, or CloudFormation- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including Product, DevOps, and Frontend Engineers- Follow Agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban) to deliver features incrementally and iteratively- Ensure code quality and reliability through automated testing, code reviews, and best engineering practices- Mentor junior developers and contribute to architectural decisions and technical roadmapsRequired Qualifications :- 9+ years of professional backend development experience- Strong proficiency in Kotlin or Java- Deep knowledge of Spring Boot and/or Micronaut- Proven experience designing and maintaining RESTful APIs and/or GraphQL- Hands-on experience with AWS services, especially infrastructure-as-code tools like CDK, SAM, or CloudFormation- Solid understanding of software engineering principles, design patterns, and microservices architecture- Experience working in Agile environments with CI/CD and DevOps cultureSkills :Java,Kotlin,Spring Boot,Restful Api (ref:hirist.tech)
