We design faster.And we obsess over creating an experience that feels premium, intuitive, and addictive.Now we need someone who can help shape how India uses LaFetch — from the first tap to the last checkout.This isn’t a “make some screens” role.This is a product-defining, experience-shaping role.You’ll be part of the core 0→1 team — the ones crafting the flow, usability, and micro-interactions that make LaFetch feel seamless on every click.What You’ll Actually Be DoingDesigning clean, conversion-focused UI screens for the app and websiteImproving user flows to reduce friction and increase retentionCreating wireframes, prototypes, and interaction ideas for new features.Bringing structure, clarity, and intention to every single screenStudying user behavior and proposing improvementsCreating UI components and mini design systems that scale as we growEnsuring the LaFetch look stays premium, minimal, and fashion-forwardMaking micro-interactions and transitions that feel smooth and modernIf it affects user experience — it touches your desk.The Basics (read this carefully)This is not a casual internship.This is 0→1 building.
