Choose a career with us and let’s pursue innovation, together.JOB DESCRIPTION Develop, maintain, and execute automated test suites using Python, Selenium, and Pytest to ensure the quality of software products. Design and implement BDD (Behavior-Driven Development) frameworks to create readable and maintainable test scripts. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand product features and requirements, translating them into effective test plans. Identify, record, document thoroughly, and track bugs through their lifecycle. Enhance and optimize the existing automation framework for better scalability and performance. Participate in code reviews and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives to enhance test coverage and the overall QA process.Skills Required: 3-10 years of professional experience in QA automation with a strong focus on using Python for test automation. Proficiency in Selenium WebDriver for creating robust, browser-based regression automation suites and tests. In-depth knowledge of test frameworks like Pytest and BDD methodologies. Experience with software QA tools and processes, including writing and executing test cases, defect tracking, and test reporting. Strong understanding of software development life cycles and Agile/Scrum development methodologies. Familiarity with version control systems like Git and CI/CD tools such as Jenkins. Demonstrated ability to write clear, concise, and comprehensive test plans and cases. Hands-on experience with performance and/or security testing is a plus.
