About UsMedanta The Medicity is one of India's largest multi-super specialty institutes located in Gurugram.The institution has been envisioned with the aim of bringing the highest standards of medical care, clinical research, education, and training to India.With 1250 beds, over 350 critical care beds, and 45 operation theatres, Medanta houses six centers of excellence that provide medical intelligentsia, cutting-edge technology, and state-of-the-art infrastructure.Position SummaryThis is a critical role and the incumbent will be responsible for drafting of written statements, affidavits, evidences etc. and litigation management.Role Responsibilities- Drafting and vetting of Appeals, legal documents including deeds and agreements, legal notices, preparing law suits, drafting of written statements, miscellaneous applications & replies filed in Courts, due diligence, legal consultancy and other matters.- Expertise in handling matters pertaining to Criminal and Civil cases.- Responsible for ensuring that high quality, cost effective, and timely legal services and advice are provided to the senior management w.t litigation's and other business issues related with day-to-day affairs of functions within the company.- Resourceful with the ability to assess all legal issues and producing professional results while adhering to rigid guidelines.- Selecting and supervising external counsels, litigation management and risk management.- Liaise with external consultants or law firms on various routine Proficiency in Law, Legal Document Preparation, Litigation Management.- Leadership and management experience.- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.- Should have worked in Legal Firms/ Chamber.- Bachelor's degree in law ( 5year ) or related field from a tier 1 college.
