About The Role :

Technical Trainer will be responsible for providing product training and support to employees and other learners. The trainer is responsible for developing and delivering product training and workshops to ensure that users understand the features and functions of the products.

Primary Roles and Responsibilities :

a) Manages entire product training lifecycle: TNA - Content Creation- Implementation - Delivery - Tracking - PTB analysis & Improvement.

b) Developing a Product training plan in collaboration with relevant stakeholders

c) Creation and maintenance of training Process and Communication

d) Carrying out Training Need Identification exercise annually to defining a baseline and improve benchmarks.

e) Continuously collaborate with the product development team to learn the product and be always up to date with the product life cycle.

f) Develop and maintain training content and course materials as per the training needs and product updates

g) Deliver training to develop adequate knowledge and skills needed for learners to effectively use the product

h) Work closely with the subject matter experts to develop, deliver and manage relevant product trainings

i) Update and Upkeep training manuals & handbooks to enable standard training processes and delivery.

j) Monitor the progress of learners who have completed the training, carry out assessments and provide follow-up support as needed

k) Collaborate with other departments to ensure learner and customer satisfaction

l) Monitor feedback and develop strategies for addressing issues.

m) Stay up to date on the latest technologies and industry trends

Job Specifications :

a) Proven experience as a technical trainer in Enterprise Data Management domain or Data Management Solutions or fintech product enterprise

b) Knowledge of instructional design and content development

c) Understanding of Training Assessments & Review process

d) Experience in Program management will be an added advantage.

Technical Knowledge/Skills/certification :

a) Possess strong communication, interpersonal and problem-solving skills, and be able to work independently and collaboratively within indirect teams

b) Technologies: Core Java, Advance Java, SQL / PLSQL, Object Oriented Programming concepts, SQL Queries

c) Domain: Enterprise Data Management Solutions (EDM), Database management, Capital markets, Reference data operations

d) Training Certifications: Train the Trainer, ASTD, ISTD, etc.

e) Advanced Excel and MS office functions
